A La Carte Support
Remote or on site support is available at $115 per hour with no contract. Trip Charge of $50 for on site support is waived at 2 hours. Billed in half hour increments.
BearCare agreements allow customers who use our services on a regular basis to enjoy preferred pricing. BearCare customers also do not pay trip charges and may request a SLA. Current rates for technical support agreements appear below.
BearCare Level 5 – $349 per month
Includes up to 4 hours of complimentary support within a calendar month
Remote or on site support @ $90/hr. no minimum for support, billed in half hour increments. No trip charge for on site support.
Business Hours are from 8-5pm, M-F – Priority support after business hours will be billed at $125 per hour.
BearCare Level 4 – $999 per month
Includes up to 12 hours of complimentary support within a calendar month
Additional remote or on site support @ $85/hr. no minimum for support, billed in half hour increments. No trip charge for on site support.
Business Hours are from 8-5pm, M-F – Priority support after business hours will be billed at $125 per hour.
BearCare Level 3 – $1599 per month
Includes up to 20 hours of complimentary support within a calendar month
Additional remote or on site support @ $80/hr. no minimum for support, billed in half hour increments. No trip charge for on site support.
Business Hours are from 8-5pm, M-F – Priority support after business hours will be billed at $95 per hour.
BearCare Level 2 – $2599 per month
Includes up to 35 hours of complimentary support within a calendar month
Additional remote or on site support @ $75/hr. no minimum for support, billed in half hour increments. No trip charge for on site support.
Business Hours are from 8-5pm, M-F – Priority Support after business hours will be billed at $75/hr.
BearCare Level 1 – $4599 per month
Includes up to 70 hours of complimentary support within a calendar month
Additional remote or on site support @ $70/hr. no minimum for support, billed in half hour increments. No trip charge for on site support.
