Christopher Hamilton
Chief Technical Officer
Chris is the engineering genius behind many of our proprietary solutions. He has provided IT consulting, engineering, and design services to businesses of all sizes, from small businesses to multinational NGO’s.
Something that might surprise you: Chris loves gourmet cuisine, and brews a mean IPA.
Nathan Phinney
Chief Information Officer
Nate graduated from Biola University with a degree in Mass Communications, and has worked both in the nonprofit sector and for publicly traded corporations in the Fortune 500. A world traveler, visionary, and entrepreneur, Nate’s role at Bright Bear is to help our customers understand what we do.
Something that might surprise you: Nate sings, plays the guitar, and once won a “Battle of the Bands” competition.
Chad Okuma
Chief Financial Officer
Described as charming and easygoing, Chad manages our office, customer relationships, accounting, billing, logistics, procurement, and contracts. Chad is a graduate of CSU Long Beach, and an avid fisherman and surfer.
Something that might surprise you: Chad’s last name is derived from the Japanese word for “Big Bear”.
